TRANSFER FROM THE CRUISE TERMINAL OF VENICE (PORT) TO THE HOTELS IN TOWN
Your assistant will meet you upon disembarkation by the custom area.
Once disembarkation procedures will be completed, you will be taken to the dock
and find your water taxi that will take you to your hotel in Venice. Please notice that this transfer package does not include porter service. You will find trolleys near the baggage reclaim points and you can take the trolleys with you to the water taxi dock. If you have a lot of luggage and would like porters to help you, please ask for the optional porter service. This service is to be paid direclty to the porter. If your hotel in Venice is not by a canal the water taxi will drop you off at the closest possible landing stage and you will have to walk with your luggage to your hotel. Porter service in town is not always available. Please enquire if you would like to have a porter to help you with your luggage
It is not possible to say how long disembarkation procedure takes. Your boat will be therefore called by the assistant once she/he will meet you, therefore you might have to wait few minutes before the boat arrives. If you don't want to wait and would like your boat to be ready for you at a precise time, please ask for our special no waiting service, which includes a waiting halt fee.
TRANSFER FROM THE HOTELS IN VENICE TO THE CRUISE TERMINAL OF VENICE (PORT)
Your water taxi will pick you up at your hotel (or at the closest landing stage if the hotel
does not have a water door) and you'll be transferred to port. You will be dropped off right by the
luggage check in point. A hostess from your ship company will then direct you to the building
where embarkation procedures take place (click on the picture to enlarge).
PLEASE NOTICE:
The Port Authorities of Venice have recently introduce a new tax to be applied to all passengers
transferred to and from the port of Venice. The tax due will therefore be added to the cost of
the transfer.

The rates apply only to individuals or small groups of up to 8 people. For larger group rates will be provided upon request and are not

CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 4 days: no cancellation fees apply
From 4 days to 3 days prior to the service date: 30% of the total cost
From 72 to 24 hours prior to the service date and time: 50% of the total cost
Last 24 hours prior to the service date and time or no show: 100% of the total cost
