1. Essential Venice
Your tour will start with the most important museum
of Venice: the Doge's Palace. Visiting the former house of the Government of
the ancient Venetian Republic you will learn about the origins and the History of Venice,
and the main artists of the Venetian School of Painting. You will also see
the Bridge of Sighs and the ancient Prison of Venice.
After the palace you will visit the Basilica of St Mark and admire a surface of 2 acres of golden mosaics.
The second part of your tour will be on boat to admire
the city of Venice and it's Lagoon from the water perspective. This is when you will realize how huge is the Lagoon and how fascinating and important is it's natural environment, something that can be appreciated only if you get away from the city center on a boat.
At the end of the boat tour you will reach the Island of Murano,
famous for its glassmaking. You will see one of the best know glass factories
where the authentical production takes place.
You will have some time for shopping and the you'll ride back passing by the
old and glorious Shipyard of Venice and the island of Lido.

2. Relaxing Venice
If you are not a museum person, and you'd rather tour the city in a more relaxed way, this is your tour: a full day visiting Venice and its beautiful Lagoon. A general
overview of Venice's highlights, a walk through the off-the-beaten tracks at the discovery of the peaceful part of the City, and a boat tour through the Lagoon. You will start you tour
with a walk through the Square of
St Mark to admire its most important monuments: the Bridge of Sighs, the Doge's Palace,
the Bell tower and the Basilica of St Mark (a visit to the church and its treasuries is included, if you want).
You will then leave the tourists' crowd behind, and will enjoy walking through the narrow alleys
and the tranquil small squares of the Sestiere of Castello (Castello's district).
You'll now be ready to board our luxury boat and begin the excursion which will take
you to visit the islands of Murano and Burano. In Murano you will have the opportunity tosee how glass is produced by the skillfull glassmasters in one of the best glass factories of the Island. Another boat ride, and
then you'll walk through the typical narrow alleys of little and quaint Burano island,
enjoying the many lace workshops and taking pictures of the colorful island.
To make the most of your relaxing day, you can consider to have lunch in Burano, a fishermen's island,
enjoying the best fish meal you could have in Venice. We will be pleased to suggest you some of the best restaurants of the island. A relaxing ride back to Venice will take you by some other islands of the Venetian Lagoon.

3. Art and Culture in Venice
This third option is designed for the appreciators of Art who are eager to
discover the cultural treasuries Venice has to offer.
The morning begins with
the visit to one of the most important artistic sights in Venice: the Accademia Galleries
where the richest collection of Venetian paintings is preserved.
A private boat will then take you for a ride in around Venice, to admire
wondeful architecture and their architectural styles as well as the Venetian Lagoon. At the end of the tour there'll be a short break for lunch
if needed.
In the afternoon the tour will continue visiting the ancient Brotherhood of St Roch, where you will
see more than 50 large canvasses painted by Tintoretto, one of the greatest Renaissance painters Venice ever had.
The Frari's Church will then follow to see Titian's masterpiece, the Assumpion of the Virgin Mary, and other
works of art.
