Are you arriving to Venice by car or van? Our Venice Car Terminal Transfer is the best way to get to your hotel!

If you come to Venice by car you’ll need to leave your vehicle either in one of Piazzale Roma’s garage or to the Tronchetto parking island where there are a big garage and a wide parking lot and book a Venice Car Terminal Transfer. Our professional assistant will meet you upon arrival with a sign with your name and take you to the boat landing stage, where you will find a private water taxi to take you to the transfer destination.

The assistant will stay with you and help you with the check in. It would be a charming boat transfer through the canals of Venice.

When you book a transfer with Venice Guide and Boat, you will receive our confirmation voucher containing all contact numbers and a map clearly showing the exact meeting point.

Since traffic conditions might alter and delay your travelling schedule, we request that you call our emergency number about 40 minutes before arriving to Venice. If you’re travelling on a limousine with chauffer, please have your driver calling us to coordinate meeting.

PORTER SERVICE: If you need a porter to help you with luggage please ask for our porter service option: we will arrange a porter for you, to collect your luggage from your car, when you will meet your assistant, and will take your luggage to the dock to load them onto the water taxi.

PLEASE NOTICE: Several hotels in Venice do not have a door over a canal accessible to water taxi, and other hotels are not located right by a canal. If this the case of your hotel, your driver will drop you off at the closest possible landing stage. Your assistant will walk you your hotel and, if needed, will arrange porter service if requested.  Should you need a porter in town, please ask about city porter service: we’ll be pleased to book the porter for you.
