PLEASE NOTICE: Many hotels, and most apartment in Venice don’t have a door along a canal accessible to water taxi.

And some hotels are not by a canal. Should this be the case of your hotel, please ask the hotel staff to take you  to the boat. The boarding place will be clearly highlighted on your confirmation voucher.

When you’ll geto to the port the cruise staff at the water taxi dock will collect your luggage. Make sure all of your luggage will have the cruise company tag.

Please remember to bring the confirmation voucher with you in order to have all the necessary references for the transfer.
