If you arrive to Venice by train, you will be met by our professional assistant, who will hold
a sign with your name, at the
end of the platform where your train will stop. You will be taken to the boat, docked outside the station, and reach your hotel/apartment in Venice
If you have many pieces of luggage, you can ask for the optional porter service to carry your luggage from the train to the boat. This service is to be paid direclty to the porter.
Our assistant will stay with you during the transfer and, if needed,
help you with the check in at the hotel.

If you experience serious delays due to a missed/cancelled
train you are requested to advise us at least
2 hours prior to the expected arrival time of the train you
were supposed to take to get to Venice (the arrival time shown on your voucher).
If we don't hear from you in time to cancel your transfer, you will be charged
the full amount of the transfer.
If your train to Venice is delayed, but you are on that
train, you don't need to advise us as we have
always updated information on arrival times. There will be no
extra charge for the delay.
Upon confirmation of your booking we will issue and send you a
voucher with all our
contacts and detailed information you will need for the transfer.
PAYMENT
Pre- pay the entire amount by Credit Card (Visa or
Master Card only) or Paypal. To pay with credit card you need to send us via fax or scanned our downloadable form of acceptance.

The rates apply only to individuals or small groups of up to 8 people. For larger group rates will be provided upon request and are not
based on the same price list. Prices for tours can be found on tour pages.
CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 4 days: no cancellation fees apply
From 4 days to 3 days prior to the service date: 30% of the total cost
From 72 to 24 hours prior to the service date and time: 50% of the total cost
Last 24 hours prior to the service date and time or no show: 100% of the total cost
