If you arrive to Venice by car you will get either to Piazzale Roma or to
the Tronchetto Island where you can find big parking lots.
Our professional assistant will meet you upon arrival with a sign with your name and take you to
one of the boat landing stages.
Upon booking you will receive our confirmation voucher containing
all contact numbers and a map showing clearly the exact meeting place. As it is difficult to give a precise arrival time when you travel by car, we request that you call our assistant about 40 minutes before arriving to Venice.
If you hired a car with a chauffer, tell your drive to call our assistant,
so that they can arrange where to meet.
This transfer does not include porter service. There is a porter station in Piazzale Roma and you can ask us to arrange for your optional porter service. This service is to be paid direclty to the porter.
There is no porter service available at the Tronchetto and our assistants do not carry luggage.
